“Ghost Hunters International” (Sci Fi Channel)

“Ghost Hunters International” is back on the Sci Fi Channel for a new seven episode run . In the first episode the team of paranormal enthusiasts head for New Zealand and a place called Larnach Castle. There they plan to investigate rumors that the castle is haunted.

At the castle they are met by the manager Deborah who claims to be skeptical about any ghosts being in the castle. However, after hearing her speak and describe instances of strange activities you think she must be a believer. She says she has been pushed by a presence and fell down some steps, and describes other things that happened to her staff.

The GHI gets out all their equipment and start to work. Of course they work in the darkest moments of the night which lends an eerie quality to all the proceedings. Still it must be noted that this group goes out of its way to debunk anything they think is false and/or misleading. They want to find out what the strange occurrences are and explain them if they can.

This is the show for people who are either believers or are on the fence about ghosts and things that go bump in the night. If you think the whole paranormal thing is hogwash well then you will not enjoy this show.

“Ghost Hunters International” goes after the ghosts in areas all around the globe. They prove what they can and disprove what is possible and what is not. It is all done for fun and information, and has proven immensely entertaining for their loyal followers.

For “ghostly” fun tune in each week to the Sci Fi Channel. “Ghost Hunters International” is shown each Wednesday night at 9. Check your local listings for rerun times.
